KAPALA BHATI
Kapala means forehead and Bhati means light. So Kapala bhati pranayam
makes forehead luminous and lustrous. In this more attention is given to
exhalation or rechak forcefully. In this pranayam purak or inhalation is done
with normal force but exhalation or rechak has to be done with much of force.
In this process abdominal area makes inward and outward movements. A healthy
person should do it everyday for 15 minutes and any body with acute and chronic
diseases should do 30 or more minutes for maximum benefits. A beginner can do it
for 3 or 5 minutes in beginning and rest for a while and resume because in
beginning some people can feel little pain in back or abdomen .Slowly with
practice after few days you can do it easily for 15 minutes or more at a
stretch without any fatigue.

While doing this pranayam think and feel that while exhaling you are
throwing out all the diseases out of body. You can also feel that negative
emotions like anger ,fear, hatered, revenge,greed, ego etc. are throwing out
